1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Orbly (orbly.webotechstudio.com), a digital product marketplace owned and operated by WeboTech Studio, a PSEB-registered business located in Punjab, Pakistan. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or purchasing any product through Orbly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform or services.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer," "User," or "you") and WeboTech Studio (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Orbly platform and all products, services, and content available through it.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To purchase products or access certain features on Orbly, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • You agree to provide truthful registration information and update it promptly if it changes.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and must notify us immediately at saqibzahoor.dev@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent license restrictions, exploit promotional offers, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

3. Product Licensing Terms

All digital products available on Orbly are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the license tier you have selected at the time of purchase. Detailed licensing terms are outlined in our License Agreement.

License Tiers

  • Single Site License: Grants you the right to use the product on one (1) website or project at a time.
  • Multi-Site License: Grants you the right to use the product on the number of websites or projects specified in the license tier you purchased (e.g., up to 5 or 10 sites).
  • Unlimited License: Grants you the right to use the product on an unlimited number of websites or projects for your own use or on behalf of clients, subject to the restrictions in our License Agreement.

Regardless of the tier, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product or its source code with any third party. Violation of licensing terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

All prices on Orbly are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We accept payments through the following methods:

  • Stripe: Credit card, debit card, and other Stripe-supported payment methods.
  • PayPal: PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, and PayPal-supported cards.
  • Bank Transfer: Available for select enterprise purchases upon request.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Your license key and product download will be made available only after successful payment confirmation. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. WeboTech Studio does not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction. We may display estimated taxes at checkout where required by law.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products, subject to the conditions outlined in our dedicated Refund Policy page. We encourage you to review the full refund policy before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on Orbly, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our refund terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products, source code, designs, graphics, documentation, and content available on Orbly are the intellectual property of WeboTech Studio or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, trade names, logos, product code, UI/UX designs, and written materials.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use it as described in the applicable license tier. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You may not claim authorship of the product, remove copyright notices, or use WeboTech Studio's branding without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

When using Orbly, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform or any product for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any product beyond what is provided.
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any product without express written permission from WeboTech Studio.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the Orbly platform.
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or data extraction tools on the platform without our prior written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeboTech Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Orbly or any product purchased through the platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or any other intangible losses.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Orbly shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or secure from all threats. We provide our products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Orbly at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service or our License Agreement.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
  • Failure to pay for products or services, including chargebacks initiated in bad faith.
  • Redistribution or unauthorized sharing of licensed products.

Upon termination, your license to use any products purchased through Orbly may be revoked, and you will lose access to your account dashboard, downloads, and license keys. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting us at saqibzahoor.dev@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though we may retain transaction records as required by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the use of Orbly, or any product purchased through the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, Pakistan.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at saqibzahoor.dev@gmail.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within thirty (30) business days.

11. Changes to These Terms

WeboTech Studio reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email. Your continued use of Orbly after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about how your rights and obligations may change.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
