License Agreement

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee") and WeboTech Studio (trading as "Orbly"), a PSEB-registered business located in Punjab, Pakistan (the "Licensor"). This Agreement governs your use of all digital products purchased through orbly.webotechstudio.com (the "Platform").

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Orbly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use our products.

1. Grant of License

Upon successful purchase and payment, WeboTech Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product in accordance with the license tier you selected at checkout. This license permits you to install, configure, and use the product for your personal or business projects, subject to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.

This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership. All intellectual property rights in the product, including source code, design, documentation, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of WeboTech Studio.

2. License Types by Tier

The scope of your license depends on the tier purchased. Each product on Orbly may offer one or more of the following license tiers:

2.1 Single Site License

  • Permits installation and use on one (1) website or project at a time.
  • May be used for a personal or commercial project.
  • You may install the product on a local development or staging environment in addition to one production site, provided only one production installation is active at any time.
  • If you wish to use the product on an additional site, you must purchase a separate license or upgrade to a Multi-Site or Unlimited tier.

2.2 Multi-Site License

  • Permits installation and use on the number of websites or projects specified in the license tier (e.g., up to 5 sites, up to 10 sites).
  • May be used for personal, commercial, or client projects.
  • Each active production installation counts toward the site limit. Local development and staging environments do not count toward the limit.
  • The exact site limit is specified on the product page at the time of purchase and in your license receipt.

2.3 Unlimited License

  • Permits installation and use on an unlimited number of websites or projects.
  • May be used for personal, commercial, or client projects without restriction on the number of installations.
  • Ideal for agencies, freelancers, and businesses that build multiple projects.
  • Even with unlimited installations, the license remains non-transferable and may not be shared with, assigned to, or sublicensed to any third party.

3. License Restrictions

Regardless of the license tier purchased, the following restrictions apply to all products acquired through Orbly:

  • No Redistribution: You may not distribute, share, publish, or make available the product (in whole or in part) to any third party, whether free of charge or for a fee, through any channel including but not limited to file-sharing platforms, code repositories, or other marketplaces.
  • No Reselling: You may not resell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially transfer the product or license to any third party.
  • No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of any compiled, minified, or obfuscated portions of the product beyond what is provided in the original package.
  • No Sharing of License Keys: Your license key is issued to you personally and is tied to your Orbly account. You may not share, publish, or transfer your license key to any other individual, organization, or account.
  • No Sub-Licensing: You may not grant sub-licenses or derivative licenses for the product to any third party. While you may use the product to build projects for clients, you may not provide the product itself (source files, templates, or components) to clients or third parties as a standalone deliverable.
  • No Competing Products: You may not use the product as the basis for creating a competing product or service that replicates the product's core functionality for sale or distribution.

4. License Key Terms

Each purchase generates a unique license key that is tied to your Orbly account and the specific product and tier purchased. License keys are subject to the following terms:

  • One Key per Purchase: Each transaction generates one license key. If you purchase the same product multiple times, each purchase will generate a separate key.
  • Activation Limits: Your license key may be activated on a limited number of installations corresponding to your tier (e.g., 1 activation for Single Site, up to X activations for Multi-Site, unlimited activations for Unlimited). Activation limits are enforced automatically.
  • Deactivation & Reactivation: You may deactivate your license on one installation and reactivate it on another at any time through your Orbly account dashboard. This allows you to move your license between projects without purchasing a new one.
  • License Verification: Products may periodically verify your license status with our servers to confirm that your license is valid and active. This verification is lightweight and does not transmit sensitive personal data.

5. Updates & New Versions

Your license entitles you to product updates as follows:

  • Active License Period: During your active license period, you will receive all updates (bug fixes, security patches, feature enhancements, and compatibility updates) at no additional cost. Updates are delivered automatically through the product's built-in update mechanism or available for download in your account dashboard.
  • Annual Licenses: If your license is subscription-based (annual), updates are included for the duration of your active subscription. Upon expiration, you may continue using the last version installed, but you will not receive further updates until you renew.
  • Lifetime Licenses: Products purchased with a lifetime license include lifetime updates at no additional cost, for as long as the product is maintained by WeboTech Studio.
  • Major Version Upgrades: We reserve the right to treat major version changes (e.g., v2.0, v3.0) as new products, which may require a separate purchase or discounted upgrade. This will be communicated clearly in advance.

6. Support Terms

Each product purchase includes technical support subject to the following terms:

  • Included Support Period: Six (6) months of technical support from the date of purchase is included with every license at no additional cost.
  • Scope of Support: Support covers installation assistance, configuration guidance, troubleshooting bugs and defects, and general usage questions related to the product's documented features.
  • Not Covered: Support does not include custom development, third-party integrations not documented in the product, modifications to the product's source code made by you, or general web development consulting.
  • Support Renewal: After the initial 6-month support period expires, you may renew support separately through your Orbly account at the then-current renewal price.
  • Support Channels: Support is provided via email at saqibzahoor.dev@gmail.com and via WhatsApp at +92 308 6972493. We aim to respond to all support inquiries within one (1) business day.

7. Termination for Violations

WeboTech Studio reserves the right to terminate your license immediately and without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Redistribution or unauthorized sharing of the product or its source code.
  • Sharing, publishing, or transferring your license key to unauthorized parties.
  • Using the product to create and sell a competing product.
  • Exceeding the activation limits of your license tier.
  • Any other breach of this Agreement or our Terms of Service.

Upon termination for violation, your license key will be permanently deactivated, your access to product downloads and updates will be revoked, and no refund will be issued. You will be required to remove all copies of the product from your systems, installations, and backups.

We may also pursue legal remedies if the violation results in material harm to WeboTech Studio or its intellectual property.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products available on Orbly are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality, well-tested products, WeboTech Studio makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

  • The merchantability or fitness of any product for a particular purpose.
  • That any product will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free of security vulnerabilities.
  • That any product will be compatible with all hardware, software, or hosting environments.
  • That any product will meet your specific requirements or expectations beyond what is described on the product page.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeboTech Studio disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Our liability for any product-related claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, Pakistan.

10. Entire Agreement

This License Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and WeboTech Studio regarding the use of products purchased through Orbly. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other document, this License Agreement shall prevail with respect to licensing matters.
