Every product sold on orbly.webotechstudio.com is a digital product. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for in the mail. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your license key and download are made available to you automatically. This Delivery Policy explains exactly how you receive your purchase, how long it takes, and what to do in the rare case that something does not arrive.
By purchasing any product through Orbly, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital good with instant electronic delivery, and you agree to the terms described on this page alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. How You Receive Your Product
When your payment is successfully confirmed, we deliver your purchase to you in two places at the same time:
- By email: An order confirmation is sent to the email address you used at checkout. It contains your order summary, your license key, and a secure link to download your product files.
- In your account dashboard: Your purchase appears in your Orbly account under your downloads and licenses, where you can view your license key, download the latest version, and access future updates at any time.
If you checked out without an existing account, an Orbly account is created automatically using your purchase email so that your license and downloads are always available to you in one place.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is instant in almost all cases. Once your payment is confirmed by our payment processor, your license and download are released automatically, usually within a few seconds and almost always within a few minutes.
In rare situations, a payment may be placed in a short review or pending state by the payment processor for fraud or verification checks. When this happens, delivery completes automatically as soon as the payment clears. If your payment shows as completed but you have not received your product after fifteen minutes, please follow the steps in section 5 below.
3. No Physical Shipping
Orbly sells software and digital products only, including WordPress plugins, PHP tools, and related digital files. We do not ship any physical items, and there are no shipping fees, customs charges, or delivery addresses involved. All delivery happens electronically through your email and your account dashboard.
4. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record
Payments on Orbly are handled by trusted third-party payment processors. Depending on the checkout option you choose, your transaction may be processed by Polar, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When Polar is the Merchant of Record, it is responsible for processing your payment and for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST on our behalf. Any such taxes are shown to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Regardless of which processor handles your payment, your digital products are delivered by Orbly through the email and dashboard methods described above. WeboTech Studio does not store your full card or payment details on its servers.
5. If You Do Not Receive Your Product
If your payment has been confirmed but your order has not arrived, please try the following steps first, as they resolve the large majority of delivery questions:
- Check the spam, junk, and promotions folders in your email for a message from Orbly or WeboTech Studio.
- Confirm that the email address you entered at checkout is correct and spelled accurately.
- Sign in to your Orbly account and open your downloads and licenses, where your purchase is always available even if the email did not reach you.
- Add our sending domain to your safe senders list so that future order and update emails are delivered to your inbox.
If you have completed these steps and still cannot access your product, contact us using the details in section 8. Please include your order ID and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly. We aim to resolve all delivery issues within one business day.
6. Re-Downloads and Updates
Your access does not expire when you close the page. You can sign in to your Orbly account and re-download your purchased products at any time while your license is active. When we release a new version of a product you own, the updated files become available in your dashboard, and plugins connected to your active license can receive updates automatically inside your site.
Every downloadable file we publish is scanned with ClamAV and VirusTotal before release, so the files you receive are checked for malware as part of our delivery process.
7. Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, no product is delivered and no charge is completed. You are welcome to try again with a different payment method. If a payment is pending, your order is held and delivered automatically once the payment clears. If you believe you were charged but did not receive a confirmation, contact us with your order details and we will investigate promptly.
