At WeboTech Studio (trading as "Orbly"), we stand behind the quality of our digital products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, the process for submitting a refund request, and the situations where refunds cannot be granted.
By purchasing any product through orbly.webotechstudio.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products sold through Orbly, unless a product is explicitly marked as non-refundable on its product page. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the request meets the eligibility conditions described below.
This guarantee is designed to protect you in cases where a product does not perform as described or has critical issues that we are unable to resolve. It is not intended as a free trial period.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
A refund request will be considered eligible if it meets one or more of the following criteria:
- Product does not work as described: The product fails to deliver the features, functionality, or capabilities described on its product page, and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe.
- Critical bugs unresolved after support contact: You have contacted our support team about a critical bug or defect, and we have been unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days from the initial support request).
- Incompatibility not listed in requirements: The product is incompatible with your system or software environment, and this incompatibility was not disclosed in the product's listed system requirements or technical specifications.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice. In this case, please contact us promptly, and we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Unauthorized transaction: Your payment method was used without your authorization. We may require verification of your identity before processing the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after downloading: You have downloaded or accessed the product files and simply changed your mind about the purchase, without any technical issue or defect.
- Extensive use of the product: The product has been extensively deployed, used in production, or integrated into a live project, indicating that you have derived significant value from the purchase.
- Custom development work: Any custom development, customization services, or bespoke work commissioned by you is non-refundable, as these services are performed specifically to your requirements.
- Products marked as non-refundable: Certain products may be clearly marked as non-refundable on their product page prior to purchase. By completing the purchase of such products, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued.
- Violation of license terms: If your account or license has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or License Agreement, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Request made after the 30-day period: Refund requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after the original purchase date will not be processed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Failure to contact support first: If you have not contacted our support team to attempt to resolve the issue before requesting a refund, we may request that you do so before processing your request.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Your full name and the email address associated with your Orbly account.
- Your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email or account dashboard).
- The name of the product you wish to refund.
- A clear description of the reason for your refund request, including any relevant screenshots, error messages, or supporting documentation.
Step 2: Review
Our team will review your refund request within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). During this review, we may contact you for additional information or to offer alternative solutions such as a product exchange, store credit, or technical assistance to resolve the issue.
Step 3: Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method:
- Stripe payments: Refund will be credited back to your original credit/debit card.
- PayPal payments: Refund will be returned to your PayPal account.
- Bank transfer payments: Refund will be returned via bank transfer to the originating account.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account statement. This is outside our control.
Step 4: Post-Refund
Upon refund approval, your license key for the refunded product will be deactivated, and you will lose access to the product downloads and any future updates. You are expected to remove all copies of the product from your systems and projects.
5. Partial Refunds & Tier Downgrades
If you purchased a higher license tier (e.g., Unlimited) and wish to downgrade to a lower tier (e.g., Single Site), you may be eligible for a partial refund equal to the price difference between the two tiers. To request a tier downgrade refund:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Your current license will be deactivated and replaced with a new license corresponding to the lower tier.
- The partial refund amount will be the difference between the price you paid and the current listed price of the lower tier.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with our support team may result in the suspension of your account and revocation of all active licenses. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Statutory Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund or return rights that exceed the terms described in this policy, those statutory rights shall prevail.
